1. Membership Duration and Renewal
   Membership is an annual subscription, valid for a period of 12 months from the date of activation. Upon completion of the 12-month period, the membership will automatically expire unless renewed by the member.

2. Non-Refundable Membership Fee
   No full or partial refund will be given for any active membership. Once a membership fee is fully paid, the membership is non-cancellable, and no refund will be issued for the remainder of the membership period, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

3. No Early Cancellation
   A fully paid member cannot cancel their membership partway through the subscription term and will not be eligible to receive any refund for the unused portion of the membership period.

4. Changes to Terms
   The organization reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to members and will take effect upon renewal of the membership.

5. Membership Benefits
   Membership benefits are subject to availability and may change from time to time. The organization does not guarantee any specific benefits for members during the term of the subscription.

6. Termination of Membership
   The organisation reserves the right to terminate any membership for breach of these terms and conditions. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
